24-Hour Service guarantee
Our company understands that time is money and we are pleased and proud to offer you a guarantee to return your completed quote request (see Outline below) within 24 business hours.
(example: Quote request received by us at 3pm on Monday will be answered by 3pm on next business day (Tuesday))
Quote requests received after normal business hours (9am - 5pm Mountain Standard Time) will be rolled over to opening time on the next business day (Monday-Friday) and will be fulfilled within 24 hours of that time.
(example: A request received at 10pm on Thursday will be opened at 9am Friday and the quote will be returned to the sender by 9am the following Monday morning)
Quotes will be returned by the same method as the request is received unless otherwise requested. (example: E-mail requests will be answered with an e-mailed quote)
